Our Pet-Friendly Policies

Our considerate pet-friendly policies are designed to make sure your pets and all our residents are as safe and healthy as possible. We ask that dogs be kept on a leash when entering or exiting your apartment and in the courtyards and grounds. And remember our Pet Waste Stations throughout the community: Cleaning up after our pets is the responsible thing to do and helps keep our community beautiful and show respect for our neighbors.

While we have a max pet weight limit of 50 pounds, you’ll find a lot fits under that umbrella. Dogs and cats are both welcome, as are small pets—including hamsters, guinea pigs, birds, and reptiles—as long as they are caged and maintained in a sanitary condition. It’s important to note that we have breed restrictions due to size and behavior traits. We ask that all pets be registered with the office and approved by the management.
